How It All Began
4t1creations (pronounced forty-one creations) was founded in 2020
My grandparents gave me some scrap wood and asked me to build them some birdhouses to replace the ones they had. After finishing them, my neighbor asked to see what I was making and placed an order for one. And then another neighbor. And then a family friend. The orders kept coming in. Since I had a lot of extra time on my hands, due to the pandemic, I started making them daily to keep up with the demand. This is when I founded my workshop and 4t1creations was born.

Birdhouses turned into larger projects like kitchen tables, benches, portable cooler bars, cornhole boards and custom projects.
I was also fortunate enough to have friends and family that began stocking my workshop with hardwood and reclaimed lumber. I began looking for ways to turn that into items people wood (see what I did there?) enjoy. Those projects included wooden trees, pumpkins, hearts, signs, snowmen, cutting boards, charcuterie boards, wine bottle holders, ornaments, and more.

Before too long, the rest of my family joined the team and it has become a family run business. I remain the shop foreman, my sister specializes in hand carved rustic wooden flags and mom and dad make sure we stay safe and focused while working on projects of their own.
